Suggested Uses:

  • Menstrual Cramp Mix - Blend 3 drops Clary Sage, 3 drops Sandalwood and 3 drops Roman Chamomile with a blend of 1/2 tsp each of Almond and Wheat Germ carrier oils.  Massage into lower back, abdomen and inner thighs.
  • Menopause Mix - Blend 5 drops Clary Sage, 4 drops Lemon, and 2 drops Rose Geranium with 2 oz of Evening Primrose carrier oil and massage into the lower back and abdomen daily.
