Organic Spearmint essential oil is refreshing and invigorating with a sweet, minty aroma.  It has similar properties to Peppermint, but is more gentle, especially on the skin.

• Tummy Soother - Stir 2-3 drops Spearmint into hot lemon or fennel tea.
